Delivery Information

We endeavor to dispatch all of our items as quickly as possible - using either 1st Class or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Services.
Special (Next-Day) Delivery can be arranged if required - please telephone us to organise this Special Service.
Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we rely heavily on Royal Mail & International postal services to deliver your items.
If an item is thought to be lost in the post, we kindly request you to check if your item is being held at your Local Post Office.

UK customers:
Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 1-3 working days (unless sent via Special Delivery) but this is not a guaranteed service.
If you have not received your item(s) within 7 working days from payment then please contact us by Email, Telephone or LiveHelp on our WebSite.

International Customers:
Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 3-7 working days but this is not a guaranteed service.
If you require an alternative service such as UPS / DHL etc etc - please contact us to arrange this.
If you have not received your item(s) within 14 working days from payment then please contact us via Email, Telephone or LiveHelp on our WebSite.
